Camel Bus Pick-up and Drop-off Points
In Hanoi and Hue: The bus company does not provide shuttle service; pick-up and drop-off are only at fixed points. Passengers should arrange their schedule and arrive at the pick-up point 20 minutes in advance to contact the driver conveniently.
Hanoi: Office at 287 Tran Khat Chan or My Dinh bus station.
Hue: Office and the northern bus station of Hue at 5:30 PM.
Goods Sending and Receiving: Passengers wishing to send or receive goods can contact the Camel bus office for advice on freight rates and regulations.
Time limit and ticket cancellation fee
Cancellation of tickets (except in the case of holidays, customers traveling in groups or bus companies with separate ticket cancellation policies as specified below), the buyer may pay a certain fee (calculated as a percentage). original ticket price, i.e. ticket price without promotion or discount) depending on the time of cancellation as follows:
48 hours before departure time: No fee
48 hours – 24 hours before departure time: 50% fee
24 hours – 0 hours before departure time: 100% fee
The time to cancel a ticket is from the time HKopentour staff notifies the customer to confirm that the ticket has been successfully canceled.
The bus company canceled the ticket
In case bus company cancels a trip, We will try to notify customers as soon as possible and assist customers in changing to the nearest trip. If the buyer does not agree, We will refund 100% of the ticket price of that trip to the buyer.
If due to force majeure conditions (Natural disasters, traffic jams…) the Company has the right to cancel or change the schedule and running time. The Company is responsible for prior notification without any liability.
Customers miss Time
Customers need to arrive at least 30 minutes before the bus departure time to arrange luggage and seating. Wer\ will not be responsible if the customer does not comply with this request.
Mid-way pick-up time is for reference only because long-distance vehicles may lead to time discrepancies. Therefore, passengers booking mid-way tickets need to contact the bus company early to get accurate boarding time information. If a passenger with a mid-trip ticket does not contact in advance or the bus company cannot contact HKopentour will not be responsible for the passenger missing the flight.
If the reason is that the vehicle departs before the departure time or We has contacted to make an appointment to pick up but did not pick up. HKopentour will refund 100% of the ticket price to passengers.
